NPC/IFBB Judge's Critique & Detailed Feedback
This is a detailed assessment of your last performance on stage. This can be beneficial if you didn't get very detailed feedback from the judges at your show. This service is provided to NPC and IFBB athletes. We need your name, the show that you're requesting feedback from, and the division & class you competed in. We will pull up your stage photos and those of your competitors and give you our feedback as NPC Judges and IFBB Pros. If you have video or photos of your comparison round that are not on www.npcnewsonline.com, you can send those for more accurate critiquing. If you did receive feedback but didn't really understand what that judge meant by it, we will give you our interpretation of what they likely meant by it, based on what we're seeing in you, versus your competition on that date. (Additional classes/divisions can be added for an additional $5 per class/division. If you need this option, we will send an additional invoice for the extra classes/divisions.)

Other Federations Judge's Critique & Detailed Feedback
This is a detailed assessment of your last performance on stage for non-NPC/IFBB competitors. To truly assess your performance from your last show, we need to be able to see both you and the competitors you were up against. So ideally you will send us photos from your comparison round. Professional photos are best as the angle is as close to what the judges see that you can get and they are likely good quality. If you don't have professional photos, we will try to take a look at what you've got. Video can be submitted as well.
